At the heart of our operations is a state-of-the-art clean room, covering an expansive 600m² and maintaining an ISO 4-6 class environment. This highly controlled space is crucial for preventing any contaminants that could compromise the performance of our systems and optics. Within this pristine setting, we employ specialized equipment for centering, mounting, and bonding lenses, ensuring each component adheres to rigorous quality benchmarks.
Active alignment
Active alignment is a crucial aspect of our optical manufacturing process at ELDIM. Our specialized equipment includes advanced centering machines to achieve precise lens centering. Through meticulous alignment and bonding processes within our dedicated clean room, we ensure that each component meets stringent quality benchmarks.
To streamline the centering process further, we have integrated semi-automated benches for lens alignment. This automated feature not only enhances efficiency but also ensures consistent and precise alignment of lenses and optical assemblies.
Manual centering
Where manual intervention is necessary, our skilled technicians are trained in the manual centering. This hands-on approach allows for fine-tuning and adjustments that may require a human touch. Our technicians possess a wealth of experience in precision optics and are adept at achieving optimal centering for even the most intricate lens configurations. This blend of manual expertise alongside advanced technologies ensures that every optical component leaving our facility the highest standards of accuracy and performance.
