ELDIM MES Software
The ELDIM MES Software tracks and monitors every inspection conducted on the individual components of our equipment. At each assembly stage, control stations log the relevant measurements. This data is then reviewed by validators who either approve or halt progress to the next phase, ensuring the quality of our products. Traceability
Every production step, from optical fabrication to packaging approval, is precisely documented with ELDIM MES Software.
In the optical fabrication process, we start with a glass block and a conformity certificate. The block is cored into a lens, and key measurements like weight, diameter, and thickness are logged directly into the ELDIM MES Software. Inspection measurements are also recorded in the software.
The software enhances part traceability, offers a complete record of measurements, and improves precision in quality checks. Every workstation is equipped with tablets or computers running the ELDIM MES software.
To ensure accurate data capture, technicians scan the components they are working on and input the information into tablets or computers connected to the software. This approach supports our commitment to high-end products by providing a high level of control over every detail.
