EZWAVE
We present here the last EZWave-200, an hyper-spectrophotometric conoscope able to deliver a 3D hyper-spectrophotometric cube, with a spectral resolution of 2 nm and over 60,000 measurement channels, with a tack-time of less than 20s. Each channel being equivalent to a high accuracy spectrophotometer !
